Our core competency is to understand a market need, invent and formulate unique water treatment compounds that provide our customers with the latest chemical technology and performance, while always keeping an eye on the cost/benefit relationship that our customers demand.

In the late 1990’s our company developed what was the first and only product application software that takes the results from a water test report and chooses the most cost efficient product for our customers, thereby assuring that the customer always gets the “best for less” from Flo-Tec.

Flo-Tec’s product development aptitude, coupled with our application software products, creates key synergies that address our customers’ challenges – including their need for environmentally sustainable products, which led us to obtain our first OMRI listing for organic materials in 2006. Further strengthening this philosophy, in 2009 Flo-Tec received a patent for GROWERS' EDGE®, a breakthrough, bio-degradable, polymer-surfactant that enhances moisture and nutrient retention in soil and is easily applied through existing irrigation systems. Studies have demonstrated significant increases in crop production by simply injecting GROWERS' EDGE™ into the field via the irrigation system one time at the beginning of the growing season. Recently, we have improved and added several updates to our product selection software. We will continue to explore methods for even greater accuracy and responsiveness in our sample testing to fulfill our commitment of providing the lowest cost solutions to our customers.

Additionally, with our manufacturing and direct distribution as well as our extensive factory- trained dealer network capabilities, we have the ability to deliver the right chemistry that provides positive solutions for our customers, when and where they need it.
